San Ginés Signature Blend
100% Arabica · Medium+ Roast
Tanzania · Uganda · Indonesia Sumatra
Whole Bean · 1kg
The cup you had with your churros.
Tasting
Dark chocolate and raspberry, brown sugar underneath. Citrus on the nose and again at the finish. Smooth body, bright acidity.
With milk
What it was built for. Café con leche, cortado, Spanish latte. The chocolate and brown sugar hold their shape through whole milk and condensed.
Black
Fuller and quieter. Grind coarser, give it a minute off the boil. The raspberry shows up as it cools.
Whole bean. Grind before you brew.
